Stewart is described as having brown hair and brown eyes. She stands 5-foot, 4-inches tall and weighs about 96 pounds. At the time of her disappearance, she was wearing a green shirt, blue jeans, and Sketchers sneakers with a colorful blend of green, blue, and pink.

“We are extremely concerned for Olivia’s safety and well-being,” the department said in an alert.
